Deadlifts increased to 140kg (3 reps)

Bench increased to 115kg (2 reps)

Dumbell Bench increased to 45kg DBs (4 sets of 8 reps)

Front squats increased to 120kg (3-4 reps)

Pull ups increased with additional weight of 23kg (4 sets of 5 rep )
