Grow some arms simple combo

Nothing fancy about this one

I just Love it to add some mass to my arms

when performing it either take 20-30s rest between each exercise

Or perform it as an immediate superset with 30-60s rest before repeating

3-6 sets at the end of any session works well

Great one to keep athletes happy at the end of their S&C sessions

Or to add volume into a Physique Development programme for a guy with developing arms as a focus

I’m not a fan of just an arms session in the programme

& much prefer hitting the muscle regularly often 2-4 times per week
