It’s the guys who continue to do it after some FREE advise & coaching that piss me off.
Don’t be that guy!
& I’m experienced enough not to rock up & be like ‘mate you’re doing your deadlifts wrong’
which pretty much puts someones back up straight away
saying that I wish it literally did!
Anyway watch the video which ALL my Online guys get in their Dropbox Folder before they start training with me. No way I’m gonna let them crack on with these without some guidance beforehand.
