1 scoop protein 30g – 120 Calories

250 ml Milk Semi Skimmed – 88 Calories

Teaspoon of Cinnamon – 6 Calories

1 Banana – 100 Calories

1/2 an apple – 40 Calories

25g Linseed, Sunflower, Chia & Goji berry mix (optional) – 128 Calories

50g Granola (optional) – 200 Calories

TOTAL – 854 Calories


Make protein shake in usual way

Pour shake over the oats & mix well 

Microwave for 3 mins stirring half way through (use bowl big enough so it doesn’t overflow)

Throw Banana, Apple, Linseed & Granola on top
