The guys hit this for best time to complete 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
Anything with burpees in is tough & this is no different. Another option to try with this is:-
Time for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
or if you really wanna blast yourself
Time for 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
