To help Ryan increase his calorie expenditure & burn fat whilst maintaining his strength I programmed a lot of compound exercise in a paired set format.
This is a simple way you can target different goals.
None of the goals will be able to be developed maximally due to basically chasing too many rabbits but this session allows a number of things.
** Strength to be built
** A lot of calories to be burned with the calorie burn extending after the session
** Some explosive power developed with the box jumps & medal punch.
